I went there with a new Thor Motorhome that I purchased in Florida. I had a few issues with the coach. I was in Michigan on vacation. They had me come in when I called them and all of the people at this business were professional and helpful. The mechinics worked on my problems as soon as I came in. I cannot say how much I appreciated how concerned they were with my problems and the service I received. If I resided anywhere near this business, they would be my “go to” place for service and purchasing another RV.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Redwood fifth wheel from Nature & Me RV this past September, 2014. This is the 3rd fifth wheel we have purchased over the past 10 years. We purchased the 2 other RV’s from dealers in downstate Michigan and have been, in general, quite satisfied with the purchase and service after the sale experience. However, the experience we had with Nature & Me from start to finish completely blew us away!! Talk about putting the customer first and exceeding expectations……Larry, Lisa and Ralph along with the techs, John and Alan could not have been more professional, accommodating, and friendly. After delivery, any questions that we had were answered quickly and accurately. Service after the sale was outstanding! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I was arriving in town on a Thursday evening, the week of Labor Day last year. The water pump in our camper had failed at our previous camp site, but there was no RV store locally. I had planned to stop in on our way into town and pick up a new pump to install. I had found your dealership on Google, which also listed the hours. There was no way I could check in at the state park, leave our trailer and get to the store in time, so we hauled our trailer across town before doing anything else and pulled in. Unfortunately, I found the front door locked, but managed to catch a very helpful employee in the parking lot. The hours that Google listed had been the summer hours, which had just changed a couple days before. Your extremely helpful staff let me in, found the pump I needed and got me checked out before leaving for the day. In a day when service is often lacking, your dealership exemplifies the idea of putting the customer first. Thanks again for your excellent customer service!

We have purchased an Airstream from Nature and Me and were happy with the way we were treated. When we brought in a new unit we purchased at a rally the service department attended to us promptly and professionally.

Ralph and Lisa were great to work with on securing financing. Both have good communication and customer service skills. Joe did an amazing job ordering and assembling parts. The team members we had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciate Joe’s ethics, communication, and customer service. This was an all over GREAT experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from Nature & Me. We could not have been happier with the entire experience. We were treated very well by both the sales and service staff. Before we left with the camper, they performed a very thorough orientation, going over all of the features and making sure we understood how everything works. After hooking up the trailer (and explaining every step in the hook-up), Joe from service went for a drive with us and made sure everything was working correctly, even the brake controller in my tow vehicle.
The Nature & Me price was significantly better than one of the larger RV dealers nearby.
We would gladly recommend Nature & Me to anyone looking to purchase a new RV.
